Our Story

Our team shares more than 30 years of  experience in social justice, equity  & inclusion and anti-racism training and have led organizational audits, policy review and corporate strategic design within complex and unionized environments.

Our teams have led equity audits and systems change initiatives within recruitment processes, training design and curriculum content, promotional processes, infrastructure audits and policy reviews.  We are well-versed in negotiation, collective bargaining, labor management and grievance processes within paramilitary and emergency service organizations.

Our work has been within private and public sector organizations, and has focused on addressing systems of inequity, employee engagement and build cohesive teams and measuring internal workplace culture.  Much of our work has been within emergency service organizations, municipal & provincial governments, national affiliations  and academic institutions.

In addition to internal work, we have multiple publications, podcasts and have been privileged to act as  key-note speakers, presenters and guests for national conferences, leadership summits and symposiums

We are thoughtful and open-minded.  We do not tolerate any form of abuse, bigotry, racism, homophobia, transphobia or discrimination and will speak out, stand up and challenge these behaviours and beliefs.  We advocate for decolonization practices and actions, and amplify voices and experiences that are not often acknowledged or heard.
